Office:

We are located at 839 Chapel Street on the 2nd floor. It is between Orange and Church streets and directly above the antique shop The English Market. Just enter through the door for The English Market and walk past the shop down the hallway. There you will find an elevator on your left, and/or a set of stairs through the door that will take you to the 2nd floor. When you enter the second floor our space is to your right.

I'm grateful to be sharing space with the divine Sarah Aldrich Pilates, so expect lots of reformers and graceful movement when you arrive...

Parking:

We validate for the outdoor "Express Parking" lot to give you free parking.  When you enter the lot, tell them that you are there for Sarah Aldrich Pilates.

You can find it directly across the street from us, however the driving entrance is on Center Street between Orange and Church. To get there from Orange Street you'll take a right on Center and then enter the lot on the right hand side of the street. If you drive to the back of the lot to park, you will be able to exit through a door that puts you directly across the street from our building.

Remember to bring your ticket up for validation.
